When to quit.

Sure you’ve heard about not quitting and that a quitter never wins. But sometimes there are just things we need to stop for our betterment. And here are some of the reasons on when to quit.

  • You have to quit when something you are doing is making your life miserable already. Like, when you are taking drugs because we know that when someone is high on drugs they tend to hurt people/think bad things to do to people.
  • When that thing is not doing you any good. Like smoking.
  • When you know that what you want is unattainable. Like universal power? and lastly
  • When it is against the law of God.

When is it ok to lie?

  • When you need to protect someone.
  • When it is for the betterment of someone.
  • If it’s for the sake of true friendship. You know the question’s that you’d rather not answer about your friends.
  • If the person involved asked you to keep “that” as a secret.
  • When no one should not know about something.
  • When you are late for the first time in school or at job.
  • When you absent from school and tell your instructors that you are sick but you in reality you really need enough rest.
  • When you want to attend the most important party of your school but your parents won’t let you.
  • When you see someone doing something wrong and it might get that person to jail or something. And last
  • When you need to, for yourself.

Should everything be done in moderation?

I believe in the saying that goes, “You need to think twice first before you do/say anything.” so, most of me, i’d say, yes, we should do everything in moderation. And since everything that we are doing/going to do will affect our future, we need to make sure that what we’re going to do/say will be good for us. And also, since, we all want a good future, we are entitled to make good choices, and we can all do that by taking things in moderation.

What should you do when sick on vacation?

Well if you mean sick as in sick that you can’t even eat, talk and walk. Better stay in your house and probably face the computer the whole day or sleep all day.

However, if your sick, but you can still function with “basic” stuff then, maybe, you should go out of town? I duno. Just do what will make you de-stress. :)

Write a short letter to yourself, to be read one year from now

Dear Self,

I don’t know what to tell you. All i know is that I’m still lost? I guess. Or maybe, I’ve been found i just refuse to believe it. Anyway, I’m listening to J. Reyes’s Wedding Dress, yes it’s the English versions of TaeYang who originally sang it, but it’s in korean version. So. Yea. And oh, it’s on loop.

Today is Tuesday, August 16th 2011. I decided that I’m not going to work this whole week. No i still don’t have a work, it’s my internship. I know that this is stupid because I’m wasting time, but I still like to do it because I need to rest. I’ve been busy since June 21st (it’s my first day in my OJT).

So. Since, i don’t have anything to do for this whole week I have decided to update my blog (this), and get back into drawing things since my Wacom Tablet is screaming “Use me!” already.

Also. This week, we’re going to have our College Night, originally Acquaintance. It’s on Friday. We have a theme, Masquerade, but I don’t plan to be on a costume rather I’ll be using a simple violet dress. Well I don’t plan to be bored in that party that’s why I don’t want to get stuck sitting the whole time because I’m not comfortable in what I’m wearing. Plus. I’ll be taking lots of pictures too. Since this is my last (Formal) College Party.

Is this too much already? I don’t know. So. I’ll continue to write? K.

So. Self, right now I don’t have any drive to study and get high grades. I just want to graduate already, since I’m planning to get schooled again after this. I’m planning to take Web Design or anything related to Multimedia Arts, I really wanna learn how to vector and use AI. :D

What else?

Uhh. None already.

Can a movie be better than the book it was based on?

Topic #190: Can a movie be better than the book it was based on?.

I dont think so. As of the moment.

Well first, because I’ve never seen a movie that was based in a book, better than the book, such as, Dear John and The Last Song, they kinda cut short the movie and secondly, because, books are more detailed than movies.

But. Maybe. There are movies out there that are far better than the books they we’re based at, but, i seem to have no luck on finding them.

I’m open for suggestions. XD
