sister’s keeper

I just saw this movie called Sister’s Keeper and i was sobbing and wepping the whole time. This movie is about letting go, love and acceptance. Generally it focused on love for the whole family.

Taking the story in my angle, it simply tells us to have faith, trust and never ask “why?” to God.  This movie, when you apply the lessons that you can learn from it, it can be life changing to everyone who watches it. The portrayal of a teen having a cancer, falling in love and the likes is very touching.

I was moved on how she handled the truth and how his bf (who died in cancer) thought him to accept the reality. Their relationship made each one of them become stronger and thought them that “you have to live each day like its your last” since we never know when will God take the gift of life He let us borrowed.

And since it tackled about cancer, i have thought again how lucky i am that i dont have this kind of sickness. I mean, yea i do take medicines, undergo laboratories (extracting of blood, needles -long ones, pain) and have my doses of radiation 2 times a year, but, compared to how cancer patients what im undergoing is just a ounce of the liter they are enxperiencing.

Sometimes, we watch movies because its, the latest, or your favorite actress is starring in it, forbut for whatever reason it may be, i just want to say that  when you are watching try to put yourself in one of the characters -esp. the main character because i assure you, everything will make sense, it’ll give you life lessons minus the real pain -since its just a movie.

And also, i made a list of some lessons i learned from the movie:

1. Love like your always in love.

2. Always be there to your family.

3. We must learn to accept that death will come to everyone of us. That death is the remainder of life. That we will all have to undergo it.

4. We should be very vocal on about how we feel towards other person(boyfrienf/girlfriend/sister/parents/family/friends/relatives).

5. That we should always consider everyone before making decisions.

6. That sometimes, we must ask what the person wants and not just assuming what you think he/she likes.

7. That even if its hard and painful, we must learn to let go.

8. That even if we think we are best, we must still sometime ask for advices and opinions.

9. That in a family, no one should be kept away, everyone should be intact.

10. and lastly, Whatever’s happening to your life today, trust God. Put it all to Him. Because I am very sure that whatever it is that your into rightnow, its for your best.

Dear John by Nicholas Sparks

So, John helped Savannah retrieve her bag then “snap” everything fell into place. At that first moment, they really clicked and the spark just emerged into nowhre.

Love is really found when we least expect to happen to us.

It’s quite unbelievable on how they just fell inlove in just a -eye-to-eye contact with each other, i mean can that really happen? She saw you, and you saw him and then just that you love each other already? I would really love life more if love is like that, love is created in just an eye-to-eye!

With Savannah, being so patient and understanding but in the same way too straighforward, id love to be like her. She’s going on the lil perfect side already, being a good girlfriend loving daughter, teacher and stuff? its hard to be on a place where you have many stuffs attached with you, cause i know that i can only multi-task about 3 things –text, conputer and talk sometimes eat too. :)

The Savannah falling out of love to John is normal cause everybody falls out of love when the person you love is so far away, and that what he promised you didnt turn out the way you wanted and someone comforted you and you always see that person and you always hangout. And with the letter thing, yea, everybody will stop writing too much the moment something is filling their time, that, that time is suppose to be the time she/he is thinking of you.

However, with the money. Its really love that caused John to sell all the coins his dad gave him. I mean, its a memorabilla and you’ll just sell it for someone who have the love of the person you love.

Computerized Poll Automation. What I Think.

It’s really a good thing that voters will soon be voting thru a computer poll automated machine.

But think of this, Computers are running because of programs. So, what if, the “person who are running” will pay a computer programmer to make a program that whatever button the voter will push it will be in favor of “him”.

[For example: Presidentiable A & B. If Presidential A, will ask a programmer to make a program that when a voter Pushes a button to vote for Presidentiable B the vote will still be counted to Presidentiable A's favor.] And so it wont be obvious, of course, a person who is running know’s the number of voters of a specific place so he can ask the programmer that the numbers between him and his opponent should not be higher than 50 or whatsoever.]

I am a IT student, and “I” think, its possible to make a program to make that machine cheat.
And if what im thinking can be made, what action should the “concerned” people” do to prevent this kind of cheating?

Because we know for a fact, that, some people will be willing to pay jsut to win the elections.
